Hi. There is a problem in my washing machine during operation it asks tap closed? What can I remove this message? Thanks a lot
My Bosch Vario Perfect machine has a pullout dipenser drawer. 2 queries – which of the 3 compartments is used for the fabric conditioner liquid? Secondly, the drawer does not empty completely from the middle section – why and how to overcome this? It is cleaned monthly with Dr Beckman cleaning ‘stuff’ and I have checked that the base aperture is open and not blocked. Have just done this again BUT can you help please?
How do I clean a ‘blocked pump” in my Bosch washing machine? It keeps coming up with a warning saying the pump is blocked. Help much appreciated.

I have read the manual completely and could find no explanation for the 3 compartments in the detergent dispensing drawer, There seems to be a double bar in the left slot a frost sign in the middle and a single bar in the right. No where in the manual explains what it means. I assume the left slot is for HUGE loads as to how much detergent is too much is a guess. Depends on water hardness. The middle slot ? water softener? and the right hand slot for small amounts of detergent powder and a SMALL load what ever that is. No weight (DRY) indicated anywhere in the brochure. why not?
