I have had this washing machine for two years now. Because it did not come with detailed washing instructions, i am having to do just basic washing. I still don’t know how to do a prewash. The machine isn’t the greatest at getting the wash clean unlike the previous Bosch washing machine i had before. There are other manufacturers now offering better machines at lower prices with good reviews.
I will not be buying another Bosch product again. How the hell can you produce a washing machine that doesn’t include all washing instructions for the buying customer.
all I want to know is the length of time it takes for each individual wash. I do not know the model number, it is not on my invoice. all I need is a copy of the instructions.
