Hi. I can not open the door of our washing machine. For some reason, when it was washing it was stopped. I opened the door and realized it is not finished. so closed the door and restarted a program. After that we can not open the door. The child lock is deactivated. I tried the emergency release band, but it dies not work as well. There is not much stuff inside. Please advice me what to do.
Hi. Thank you for this post that promises to be of assistance. I would like to know how to please unlock the washing machine. The start button will bleep twice but not start. I tried to reset using information from the Internet but no luck. By reading all the info I realised that there is a self cleaning facility that I have never used, not knowing about it. I still do not know how but first need to unlock it. Please help. Thank you. Fiona
Hi Fiona, the child lock can cause the washing machine to lock. For these older models, it usually helps to press and hold the start button for a few seconds.
I’ve lost my Manuel in moving house, machine was working perfectly
Put another load in then set the dial it showed the time for wash breifly then went to 0 & lock it flashes n beeps as if cycle is finished, don’t remember doing anything else, the door opens & closes no problem, please help!!!!!! Thank you .
Hi there, I was just wondering if someone could help me, I can’t seem to find my manual, and my. 7 year old daughter decided to wash some of her clothes without asking me. So she turned the knob a couple of times without knowing what she was doing, and now the machine doesn’t want to work. It isn’t letting the water in. Can anyone help me with this problem.
