Serie 4 Machine Stops with E:18 error code. Can anybody help me to know the error?
I have a Borsch Serie 4 Tumble drier and my clothes never come out Bone Dry.
I have tried every cycle and its still damp despite making sure the condenser is drained etc.
Please share some short cuts to QUICK DRY?
I have a brand new 4 series sensitive drying system and spin dry my clothes and partially dry on the line. I am also 79, so I admit that I am technically disadvantaged! I put in three or 4 garments or as I did yesterday, for example, bottom sheet, top sheet and 4 pillow cases that had been partially dried. I select the cupboard dry dial and non crease symbol press the button and 3:27 comes up on the screen and that’s it. Over and Over again. I have tried pressing the clock symbols but 3 hours comes up, which is not what I want. So I valiantly press the on button when the cycle has finished over and over and over again, until I have done 10 odd cycles of 3:27 which brings the total amount up to over 30 minutes. My laundry is then dry. This is madness! There must be a Start and Stop time for your laundry requirements. I have run the Bosch Number in Cape Town, the phone rungs and rings and is never answered. I have run the Call Centre and the lady put me through to the Technical Service Department. The line rang and rang until I gave up. Now I am contacting you by email, which I am very loathe to do. Please will you give me a number of a Service Technician who can explain to me in simple terms how to use my Bosch Tumble Dryer.
What does PH! on digital display mean when it came up on the machine at theend of a drying cycle – should I be worried, and/or what should I do?
Please could you tell me what it means to not have to empty a condenser ?
I don’t understand the Drainset method? Surely it would rust the inside of the machine over time?
I am looking for a Bosch condenser that I can physically empty myself. Any thoughts?
